Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data & Process Support
- Help collect and review financial or operational data to spot areas for improvement.
- Assist with mapping out how current processes work and help brainstorm better ways to do things.
- Create simple charts or diagrams to show how processes can be improved.
- Reporting & Metrics
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards using tools like Excel or Power BI.
- Track key metrics that help measure success or identify issues.
- Training & Documentation
- Help put together training guides, step-by-step instructions (SOPs), and other materials for new processes.
- Assist in organizing or supporting team training sessions or workshops.
- Project Assistance
- Join project teams as a support member to help with organizing tasks, taking notes, and tracking progress.
- Learn how different teams work together on larger initiatives.
- Get hands-on experience with financial systems and tools used across departments.
- Support testing and data entry tasks during system updates or process changes.
