The IACMI Internship Program provides undergraduate and graduate students with an unparalleled opportunity to gain real-world experience in advanced manufacturing and materials science. Our goal is to prepare a skilled workforce in U.S. manufacturing through training with one of our 170+ members throughout the country. This is a fantastic opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to collaborate with industry leaders and make meaningful contributions on a local and national scale.  Learn more about our internship program here.

Applications for Spring 2025 are closed. We are now accepting applications for Summer and Fall 2025. Full-time and part-time available.

 

Program Highlights

– Duration: January- May (Spring); June-August (Summer); August-December (Fall); Part-time and full-time available

– Location: In-person, remote, and hybrid options available

– Compensation: Up to $23/hour for undergraduates and up to $28/hour for graduates

– Areas of Focus: all STEM fields welcome; emphasis on composites and advanced manufacturing.

Who Should Apply

We are looking for motivated undergraduate and graduate students who are eager to learn about STEM-focused industries in a hands-on environment. Eligible students must be a U.S citizen at least 18 years of age with a minimum GPA of 3.2 and proof of health insurance.
