Job Requirements:
Must be enrolled or recently graduated from a degree program in IT, data science, statistics, or related field. Possess a strong interest in business applications and software implementations. Applicants must have a basic understanding of business process mapping and project management methodology. Must be familiar with analysis and mapping tools such as Excel, Visio, and Microsoft Project. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Summary:
Assist in the implementation of various software packages across the applications landscape at Stowers. Collaborate with the IT and business project teams to understand data, gather requirements, and assist in the implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of various software packages across the applications landscape at Stowers
  • Assist in requirements gathering for the scope of projects
  • Configure applications based on the requirements
  • Generate testing documentation and provide documented testing results
  • Assist in training users on the application
  • Provide end-user support after application Go-Live.
