Job Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator Intern you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the companies? marketing activities. You will be immersed in content creation for marketing. You will be researching dental subject matter, helping with socials and recruitment ads, update websites, and various other projects.
Essential Functions
This job will be expected to complete the following functions. This is not an all-inclusive list. This job may be assigned other functions or tasks. This is meant to be a general description of the most essential functions only.
- Explore the company’s history and culture to better contribute to the key messaging for assigned projects.
- Represent the company brand through various media platforms as assigned.
- Communicate accurate, compelling, and timely information regarding the organization that is consistent with marketing messages.
- Understand the phone and computer systems used daily.
- Generate traditional internal or external communication content as assigned.
- Generate digital and blog content as assigned.
- Assist in maintaining media databases.
- Participate in events as assigned.
- Update website content as needed.
- Assist in community events as needed.
- Manage customer reviews that come through websites and social media platforms.
- Assist other departments with assorted projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements (Education, Certifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Strong writing skills required.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask multiple practices with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organization, problem solving, planning, and time management skills.
- Able to be productive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to be flexible to handle frequent changes in priorities.
- Able to prioritize tasks and complete assignments on time.
- Must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis.
- Able to maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information.
